09 · Method notes
- “Bookings” means booking requests — a click through to your booking system, or a tracked call — until we connect to your practice software. It is not a confirmed appointment.
- Visitors who decline tracking aren't counted, so traffic and click figures undercount by roughly 10–30%. Our numbers are conservative by design (California law).
- Local Services Ads is billed per lead, not per click, so it sits outside the click funnel above and is added back into the booking-request total.
10 · Next month
- Shift $60 of Meta budget to Google Search — it books at $16.13 against Meta's $18.00.
- Two more LSA job types switched on now that the service area is tight enough to trust.
- Next SEO piece: “What a dental cleaning actually costs” — 140 searches a month locally, nobody nearby answers it.
- Chase the three clients who opened the review request but didn't finish it.
