Being straight with you

- Do I own my veterinary website?
- Yes. The site, the content and the domain are registered in your name and stay yours. If you leave, they leave with you — we do not hold a site hostage to keep a client.
- How fast can a vet clinic website go live?
- A template build is usually live within days of us having your details, photos and booking link. A customized build takes longer because it includes design review rounds with you.
- What counts as a small change versus a new build?
- Editing text, swapping photos, changing hours, prices or staff on an existing page is a small change and is included on any managed plan. Adding a page or changing the page structure is a different job and moves you to the Customized build.
- Can I buy just a website without ads?
- Yes. Website plans start at $49/mo and stand alone. Changes are included on managed plans; website-only clients can add Website care & changes for $58/mo.
- Will I lose my Google rankings if I move my site?
- That is what the Migration plan is for. Every old URL is redirected to its new home and all existing content moves across, so the rankings you have already earned follow the site rather than being reset.
