DocAds (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect on this site, how we use it, and the choices you have — including the rights California residents have under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Information We Collect

When you submit the form on our Contact page, we collect your practice name, city, email address, phone number (optional), the booking system you use, roughly what you spend on ads each month, and what you want more of, so we can run your audit and follow up about it.

Form submissions are sent by email to our support inbox ([email protected]). We use Resend as our email service provider to deliver them, and Cloudflare to host this site and run the form handler. We do not store submissions in a database.

Our template previews each include a demo “Request an appointment” form (name, pet's name, phone number, reason for visit, preferred day/time) so you can see how the booking experience feels for one of your own patients. These forms are labelled as demos and are not connected to a live booking system — nothing you enter there is transmitted, stored, or acted on. They exist only to demonstrate the feature.

Cookies and Analytics

As of the effective date above, this site does not load any analytics or advertising tracking (no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, PostHog, or similar). If that changes, non-essential tracking will only load after you accept a cookie-consent banner — the consent banner, the tracking and an updated version of this policy ship in the same release, never one before the other.

Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have collected about you and why.
• Request deletion of personal information we hold about you.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

We do not sell or share your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below and we'll respond within the timeframe required by California law.

We require every provider we use to process your information only to deliver our service to us, and not for their own purposes.

Data Retention

We retain contact-form submissions only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, and in any case no longer than 24 months, unless a longer period is required to comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

Changes to This Policy

If we change what we collect or who we share it with, we update this page and move the effective date above. Where the change affects tracking, the updated policy and the consent banner ship in the same release, never one before the other.
