AI-driven managed ads
Your ads researched, written, launched and managed on Google Search, Google Local Services Ads and Meta — with a spend cap you set and accounts you own.
Why it matters
Paid search is the only channel that can bring calls in week one
Maps improves over 4–8 weeks, reviews over 3–6 months, and organic search takes 9–12. Ads are the one lever that works immediately, which makes them the right first move for a practice that needs the phone to ring now.
What we do
- Research your local market and competing clinics before writing a single ad
- Write and design ad content in your voice, reviewed by a human before it goes live
- Run Google Search on every plan, and add Local Services Ads on Growth and Complete
- Run Meta for the services people browse for rather than search for
- Set tight service-area and job-type settings, so you pay for fewer wrong leads
- Watch spend daily and report cost per booking request by channel every month
What you'll notice
Calls start inside the first week, and by month two your report shows which channel produced them and what each one cost.
Being straight with you
You pay Google and Meta directly, and your plan price is separate from your ad spend. We need a minimum of $500/month in ad budget for this to be worth running, and Google's automatic bidding needs about $800/month to work well. Below that, we would rather run one channel properly than three badly.
What we need from you
- Admin access to your Google Ads account, or permission to create one in your name
- Admin access to your Facebook page and ad account
- Your veterinary licence and proof of insurance, if you want Local Services Ads
- A monthly budget you are comfortable with, which we cap and do not exceed
Which plans include it
Included on: All plans (Google Search + Meta). Local Services Ads on Growth and Complete, or $75/mo on Essentials.
As an add-on: $75/mo — On Essentials. Included in Growth and Complete.

- Do vets qualify for Google Local Services Ads?
- Yes. Veterinary practices are an eligible category. Google runs its own checks on your licence and insurance, and once you pass, your listing carries the Google Verified badge and appears above the regular search results.
- Who owns the ad account?
- You do. The Google Ads and Meta accounts are in your name, your card is on them, and you pay the platforms directly. We never take a percentage of your ad spend, and if you leave, the accounts and their history stay with you.
- Can I get a refund for a bad Local Services Ads lead?
- No, and be sceptical of anyone who promises otherwise — Google discontinued lead disputes and credits in 2024. What we do instead is set tight service-area and job-type settings so you pay for fewer wrong leads in the first place.
- How much should a vet clinic spend on Google Ads per month?
- A single location in a low-competition area usually needs $650–1,050 a month across Google and Meta. A competitive metro like Orange County is closer to $1,050–1,900, and a multi-doctor or multi-service practice $1,900–3,800. Our minimum is $500/month.
- Can you spend more than my budget?
- No. Spend is capped at the budget you set, in accounts you control. You can see and change the cap yourself at any time.
- Do you run TikTok or YouTube ads for vets?
- On request, and only when it fits your practice. Google Search, Local Services Ads and Meta are what the plans include, because they are where pet owners look for a vet. We will tell you honestly if we think another channel is not worth your money yet.
